At Alpha & Omega we can order your medications on your behalf; please let us know which medication you require 7 seven days before you run out of your regular medications and we will request them for you. This is an important timeframe that your doctor requires for processing your prescriptions.
- If you ever run out of your medications, we will try our best to provide you with an emergency supply (if clinically appropriate), until your doctor issues a new prescription. At Alpha & Omega patients’ health is our priority and we will always try our best to help our patients in any situation.

If you are unable to come to our Walk- In Centre, you can call us and our GPs or Clinical Pharmacists Prescribers will assess you over the telephone and deliver any medication to your door, if required, on the same day.

Our upcoming 24/7 Prescription Collection Point allows you to collect your medications even when we’re closed, ensuring you always have access to your prescriptions.
We provide free health MOT checks for all registered patients every 6 months, in addition to free blood pressure checks, ensuring your health is continuously monitored.
